The Android app closes after the logo
Record the device model, Android version and installed build version. Stop retrying if it repeatedly closes. Contact support before uninstalling because removal may erase local app data. Do not send browsing history or full logs containing personal information.
A Windows installer does not open
Record the exact warning and installer filename. Check whether the file came from an accepted release. Signing and compatibility details will be provided with verified releases. Do not turn off Windows protection to force an unknown installer to run.
A website or new tab behaves unexpectedly
Share the public website address, the action you took and what you expected. Exclude private links, session tokens and account information.

How do I ask about privacy or delete an account?
Published product policies and a verified deletion workflow are being prepared separately. Email support@mitraapps.co.in with the product name to request guidance. Do not email identity documents or passwords.
Can I write in Marathi?
